I am Beate Münch, artist and live in Mainz. 

My dynamic works are painted with bold colors and honest emotions that give the viewer positive energy, vitality, courage and strength. They are also called sources of strength. 

I am often asked how I came to art ... "not at all" I then answer. Because art came to me. My grandfather and my uncle (both on my mother's side) were both painters. My mother was a musician. So I started painting as a child.  Then I took a few detours until I came back to art. 

My style is abstract expressionism. 

It is energetic and multifaceted. Comparable to none, my art is marked by influences from Hellen Frankenthaler, Joan Mitchell, Jackson Pollock, Gerhard Richter and Mark Rothko. What I get from painting, namely positive energy, liveliness, courage and strength, I want to give the viewer. Because each picture contains a part of me. 

I live and work in Mainz. My works are distributed from there throughout the world, including London, Rio, Barcelona. Both in international art exhibitions they can be seen as well as in worldwide private collections.

Ich bin Beate Münch, Künstlerin und lebe in Mainz. 

Meine dynamischen Werke sind mit kräftigen Farben und ehrlichen Emotionen gemalt, die dem Betrachter  positive Energie, Lebendigkeit, Mut und Stärke schenken. Sie werden auch als Kraftquellen bezeichnet. 

Oft werde ich gefragt, wie ich zur Kunst kam … „gar nicht“ antworte ich dann. Denn die Kunst kam zu mir. Mein Großvater und mein Onkel (beide mütterlicherseits) waren beide Maler. Meine Mutter war Musikerin. So habe ich als Kind bereits angefangen zu malen.  Dann bin ich ein paar Umwege gegangen bis ich wieder zur Kunst kam. 

Mein Stil ist dem abstrakten Expressionismus zuzuordnen. 

Er ist energiegeladen und facettenreich. Vergleichbar mit keinem, ist meine Kunst geprägt von Einflüssen von Hellen Frankenthaler, Joan Mitchell, Jackson Pollock, Gerhard Richter und Mark Rothko. Das was ich beim Malen bekomme, nämlich positive Energie, Lebendigkeit, Mut und Stärke, das will ich dem Betrachter mitgeben. Denn jedes Bild enthält einen Teil von mir. 

Ich lebe und arbeite in Mainz. Meine Werke verteilen sich von dort aus in die ganze Welt u. a. London, Rio, Barcelona. Sowohl in internationalen Kunstausstellungen sind sie zu sehen als auch in weltweiten Privatsammlungen zu finden.
