Ms. Fenster creates art from the soul in connection with various forms of expression such as painting, photography, video or documentary self-representation. Through a sensitive perception, she is able to reproduce her impulses on different channels and thus manifest the processing of her environmental impressions and emotions in works. Fascinated by the idea of representing images in a more plastic way, the artist often works with additional materials such as plaster, cardboard or structural pastes. Three-dimensionalities rise from the canvas, she often integrates "objects" into her paintings, but also creates independent works of art in the form of sculptures or masks.

The artist also participates at times in performance and theatrical actions, she has also been involved in musical projects, and she is enthusiastic about many creative undertakings. Music is an essential part of her creative processes, and interesting collaborations with musicians are always the result.

For Frau Fenster, art means dealing with one's own image of society and the traumatized ego in each of us. At the same time, art is also an emotional platform in which taboos can emerge or unpalatable truths are presented. Art is also an observational and non-judgmental documentation, which can (but does not have to) be occupied by one's own emotions, for example disgust, pain or admiration. It is nothing more than a mirror of ourselves, of society, of our history and development - even if we don't like some chapters.

But what we ultimately find in this mirror is in us and not in the work of art. It is simply the nature of the artist to observe and study human behavior. In art and with colors she can best express the emotions she feels. People also like to say that art comes from skill, but the real tool of the artist is not the techniques or motifs used, but the feeling conveyed.

Frau Fenster kreiert Kunst aus der Seele in Verbindung mit verschiedenen Ausdrucksformen wie Malerei, Fotografie, Video oder dokumentarischer Selbstdarstellung. Durch eine sensible Wahrnehmung kann sie ihre Impulse auf verschiedenen Kanälen wiedergeben und so die Verarbeitung ihrer Umwelteindrücke und Emotionen in Werken manifestieren. Fasziniert durch die Idee, Bilder plastischer darzustellen, arbeitet die Künstlerin oft mit zusätzlichen Materialien wie beispielsweise Gips, Pappe oder Strukturpasten. Aus der Leinwand erheben sich Dreidimensionalitäten, sie integriert oft "Objekte" in ihre Bilder, erschafft aber auch eigentständige  Kunstwerke in Form von Skulpturen oder Masken.

Die Künstlerin wirkt auch zeitweise bei Performance- und Theateraktionen mit, sie war ebenfalls in Musikprojekten involviert und lässt sich für vielerlei kreative Unternehmungen begeistern. Musik ist ein essentieller Bestandteil ihrer Schaffensprozesse, hier entstehen auch immer wieder interessante Kollaborationen mit Musikern.

Kunst bedeutet für Frau Fenster Auseinandersetzung mit dem eigenen Gesellschaftsbild sowie des traumatisierten Ichs in jedem von uns. Gleichzeitig ist Kunst aber auch eine emotionale Plattform, in der Tabus auftauchen können oder unschöne Wahrheiten dargestellt werden. Kunst ist auch eine beobachtende und wertfreie Dokumentation, die mit eigenen Emotionen belegt sein kann (aber nicht muss), beispielsweise Abscheu, Schmerz oder Bewunderung. Es ist nichts weiter, als ein Spiegel von uns selbst, der Gesellschaft, unserer Geschichte und Entwicklung - auch wenn uns manche Kapitel nicht gefallen.

Doch was wir letztendlich in diesem Spiegel finden, liegt in uns und nicht im Kunstwerk. Es ist einfach die Natur der Künstlerin, menschliches Verhalten zu beobachten und zu studieren. In der Kunst und mit Farben kann sie die empfundenen Emotionen am besten ausdrücken. Man sagt auch gern: Kunst kommt von Können, doch das eigentliche Werkzeug des Künstlers sind nicht die Techniken oder Motive, die genutzt werden, sondern das vermittelte Gefühl.
