Michael "Ameer" Williams is the founder of the Red Carpet Soul, Dutty Friday and Hood Hop Movement event series and CEO of the Earthborn Entertainment label. An all-around talent in the music industry, songwriter, performer,MC, rapper and host of numerous TV & Radio shows. Michael started his career as a member of the group "Fresh N' Funky" (Marlboro Music), which entered the Top 100 of the Media Control Charts with 3 singles. With his self-formed group "Poetry N' Motion" (Sony/Epic Germany) Michael directly stormed the charts with the radio hit "Romeo & Juliet" and was invited as a support act on the "Puff Daddy & The Family" European tour, which enabled the group further chart placements in the Top 10 in Austria, Switzerland, Turkey and other European countries as well as countless TV appearances and compilation releases such as "The Dome", "Bravo Hits", "Hand in Hand for Charity" and many more.

Under the synonym "MC Flash" and his civil name Michael Williams he rapped with First Base ("Love is Paradise", "Can You Keep a Secret", "Follow Me"), where he also worked under his civil name as a songwriter, Get The Real Power ("In the Heat of the Night"), Stereotype (And The Beat Goes On), Body Parts (Without You), Bossi (Time To Make The Floor Burn), Cosmic Gate (The Truth), Sash (Rock The Block), Rawsoul Orchestra (Everyday).
