He did it again. And that directly with a double hit! While the singer/songwriter with the big 'exception' button on his lapel took eight years for the follow-up to his highly acclaimed debut, it took just one year for the brand new, third long player "Mein Leben". Because Tim really has a lot to say!  But stop. Is there someone hitchhiking on the current hype wave of German-language music? Quite the opposite!

But the most important thing: In contrast to the chart-known format pop, the lyrics and songs do not come from the riff and lyric box, but from where life throbs: Tim Ahmed lives and loves, fights to the blood and takes in the arm, prances happily and bangs his fist on the table, wins by will and loses standing up, sucks up and spits out, smiles and bubbles, whispers something clever and shouts the truth in your face.  

Where in the zeitgeisty hashtag flurry even the most remote qualities are given a hashtag, you can keep it as simple as hit with Tim Ahmed: #heartblood. Says it all. Really everything. And with a force that polishes your sweetly stuck ear canals.
